Highly flexible, water-based protective varnish, particularly recommended for Phototex. Seals the fine fabric and wall covering and protects reliably against dirt and abrasion. To be applied with roller, spray or automated aquipment.
Clearstar™ Wallpaper matt is the ideal clear, long term protective varnish developed especially for finely textured wall coverings such as Phototex and Wall fleece smooth. It is designed for use on media printed with solvent or pigment inks, for clear and brilliantly colored print results. Clearstar™ Wallpaper matt reduces to an absolute minimum the bubbling which can occur when applying liquid laminates to inkjet coated media.
Clearstar™ Wallpaper matt can be rolled or sprayed on and can also be applied with liquid laminating machines. Approximately 100-120g of varnish are needed to coat an area of one square meter with one layer of varnish, resulting in 8-10m²/liter per layer. Mix well before application to ensure an even dispersion of the matting agents and to avoid uneven results.
