High white polyester flag textile with a satin coating. Tear-resistant, fire-resistant due to special Trevira CS fibre, removable PE carrier paper.
SOFTTEX "Satin Trevira" B1 PROTEX Trevira CS is a glossy tightly woven Trevira CS 100% Polyester fibre (phosphate covered thread) for high-quality prints. When dry, the ink is highly water-resistant without additional treatment. Non-fading: This textile will not rot or yellow. For optimum color brilliance we recommend the use of pigmented inks. ATTENTION: When printing with dye inks, a reduction of ink is necessary; nevertheless the color brilliance of pigmented ink cannot be reached with dye ink. Corresponding tests are recommended.
SOFTTEX "Satin Trevira" B1 can easily be sewn, grommeted and stretched. The carrier paper is applied for optimal transport through the printer and can be removed easily after the printing process. SOFTTEX "Satin Trevira" B1 is made of a fire-retardant Trevira fibre and is certified as per DIN 4102/B1 according to ABZ Berlin.
