Trevira CS B1
White polyester textile for flags, wowen in fibre structure, diffucult to inflame due to special Trevira CS fibre, backside with PE base, for pigmented ink mainly.
PROTEX Trevira CS is a semi-matte shaped Trevira CS fibre of 100% Polyester (phosphate covered thread) knitted half-open for high-quality prints. Due to its lightness it is particularly suitable for flags. The ink is fixed to the textile by drying and is waterproof to a high degree without additional treatment. Non-fading: This textile is absolutely free from rotting and turning yellow. For optimum color brilliance we recommend the use of pigmented inks. ATTENTION: When printing with dye (based on dye-stuff) inks a reduction of ink is necessary; nevertheless the color brilliance of pigmented ink cannot be reached with dye-ink. Corresponding tests are recommended. For installation purposes PROTEX Trevira CS can easily be sewn, looped and stretched. The paper on the backside is applied for optimum transportation through the printer and can be removed easily after the printing process. PROTEX Trevira CS is made of a Trevira fibre difficult to enflame and is certified as per DIN 4102/B1 according to ABZ Berlin.
