This new Museum White Smooth 100% cotton paper is characterized by its velvet soft, white surface. Ideal for photographic applications and high quality photo and fine art prints, Museum White Smooth is available in two grammages, middle and heavy weight, with a matt ink jet coating on one side. It was designed especially for users, whose photo and fine art prints demand a high-quality surface. Museum White Smooth was designed especially for photographers printing black and white photos, who demand a high-quality surface. Due to the special ink jet coating, harmonious colour intensity, the highest D-max and exact reproductions can be achieved with pigment and dye inks and with most printing systems. Museum White Smooth photo art paper is coated with the most modern coating technology, giving it a stable and uniform paper with a dust free printing surface. Prints made with pigment inks on our Museum White Smooth are tested for longevity using recognized standardized processes.
To guarantee optimal quality, photo and fine art papers should be stored and processed in a climate with 30-70% relative humidity and at temperatures from 15-30°C. We recommend that the paper be acclimatised in the print room for one day before printing, and to reseal in the original package after printing. Prevent fingerprints on the coated side by wearing clean cotton gloves while processing.
