The special waterfast Inkjet coating gives waterresistant prints with many appropriate pigmented inks suitable for short outdoor use of 4 to 8 weeks without lamination. Laminated, a use of up to 6 month is possible. Lamination is recommended for extra protection to reduce the impact of dirt, physical abrasion or other environmental impact (UV rays, rain, wind etc). Due to the wide variety of possible uses and applications customers should independently determine the suitability of this material for their specific purpose, prior to use. Highly white matt self-adhesive PP film with paper backing. Suitable for labels, displays, exhibition panels, construction boards, signboards and for shop-window designs. High ink limits to be avoided for optimal adhesion of laminate, drying time of 12 hours assists with the lamination bond. When high ink-coverage is used, the drying time is increased. To reduce the drying time ( for example, when an take-up roller is used) lower ink-settings have to be used.

Smooth, dry, clean and non greasy mounting surface required. Optimal temperature is 15-25°Celsius. ABS, PVC, Polystyrol, Polycarbonate, Polyamide, acrylic paint and Nano-Lacquer-Systems or fresh painted surfaces are not recommended. Pre-test of the adhesive onto unknown surfaces is strongly advised. Removal of media at 15-25°C, any residue can be removed with soapy water or petrol. The converting and storage of PP-MatPRO should take place in a climate from 35 to 65% relative humidity at a temperature from 10-30° C.
